Accepting Low Rates as a Freelance Writer Is a Bad Idea

Why $0.01 (or less) per word hurts us all

Freelancing, especially in the last two years, has been very hit-or-miss. Either you land a well-paying client who provides regular work, or you’re bartering against dozens (or hundreds) of other applicants to accept rates that aren’t worth your time.
